We do not carry out the work for contractors. Our role is to provide a presence at the property and help organise the visit.

Our role
We provide access, on-site presence, contact on site, basic documentation and information. The scope of each visit is agreed before it begins.
What we do not do
We do not independently carry out renovations, repairs or specialist work. We do not replace the contractor and we do not provide technical expert assessments.
You pay for the actual time we are on site.
Before the service, we agree the scope, estimated time and cost.
